I'm a new user and confused about whether a central repository site exists for strategies and portfolios of strategies. So far I have found 'published' strategies on the website (How does a strategy get published? Is this meant to be exhaustive?), the presence of a patreon site, a forum post with Bensdorp strategies, and a personal blog with a 1% per week strategy. What recommendations are there for a new user to find existing strategies so as not to reinvent the wheel? Also, I'm mostly interested in suites or portfolios of strategies -- is there a repository for such suites?

There isn't really a central repository of complete strategy suites or MetaStrategies. The Published Strategies are strategies that community members have chosen to publish, so they're a good resource, but they're not intended to be exhaustive. You'll also find strategies shared throughout the forum and in other community resources.
I also publish strategies on my Patreon, including the MetaStrategy I personally trade, which combines a number of different systems into a portfolio.
But WealthLab is, at heart, a tool for developing, testing, and trading your own unique strategies and MetaStrategies. I'd use the published and shared strategies as starting points and inspiration, then adapt and combine ideas to build something that fits your own objectives.

I think it would be good if a formal repository of strategies was setup. WL6 had such a collection, although most of them simply illustrated the operation of a single indicator in its simplest form. That's okay for experienced users, but a collection of complete functional strategies would be more useful for beginners.

Part of the problem with the forum examples is that they focus on just one specific indicator or method, but a "production" strategy integrates multiple methodologies into one giant strategy before pulling the trigger, and I think beginners have difficulties integrating multiple methodologies, which they need to do.
