When using Strategy Rankings the Filter Pre/Post Market Data setting of the strategy is overridden. This is undesirable as I want my Currencies based strategies to actually use pre/post market data. The graphic below shows the setting of this checkbox when I open the same strategy while within strategy rankings versus opening from the regular strategies tab. 
Rename
Currencies is a 24-hour market, so at least in this case Pre/Post has no effect.
I can't duplicate the "switch" from Filter to No Filter, or vice-versa.

It seems there is some interplay with what's saved in a Workspace with Rankings and what was last saved with the Strategy.
For example.
1. Save Strategy A with Pre/Post Enabled
2. Put it in Rankings, Save the Workspace.
3. Open Strategy A and Disable Pre/Post, Save, Close.
4. Restart WL.
5. Open the Ranking Workspace
6. Now, open Strategy A.
All Settings, even Data Range comes from what was saved with Rankings WS, not what was last saved with the Strategy in step 3.
For example.
1. Save Strategy A with Pre/Post Enabled

3. Open Strategy A and Disable Pre/Post, Save, Close.
4. Restart WL.

To be clear, I call that example "a bug".
The Strategy Settings for the base Strategy shouldn't change based on what was saved with Rankings in a Workspace.
