In the current behavior, the Strategy Run Time Daily+ is set to 7:00:00 PM by default, but this value is not saved after window restarts. I propose adding the ability to save this value or change the default to the market opening time.

All the Strategy Monitor config settings are sticky except that one, but there's a reason - it depends on the market. The "out-of-the-box" default is 3 hours after the market close, but you can change that in Trading Preferences:
