Strategy Monitor enlarges bar history Date Range every time the new bar is processed with the strategy. Maybe that supposed to be this way but it produces big delays to process the strategy on 1 min scale after couple of days beeing run. Is there any way to make the Date Range fixed as I set it in "Strategy Monitor - Strategy Settings" window?

No, it's working as designed. A solution and general recommendation is to restart WL8 each day and use a WorkSpace to save all the SM settings.
I will make a small walkaraund via code. Just ignore the old data in stategy code, that will keep the processing time nearly the same. Regarding memory - I have 64 GB RAM so I think it's ok
