Hello,
I have been able to create and backtest building block strategies using fundamental data about insider trading, but I have not been able to enter those strategies into the Stock Screener or Strategy Monitor without getting an error ("Strategy is null, System.Collections.Generic.List'1[System.Codedom.Comp...").
I think it may be because the insider trading data comes from specific event databases (InsiderCow and OpenInsider) that seem to be accessible for backtesting but don't seem to load into the Strategy Monitor or Screener.
Could someone give me advice on how to make the insider trading-based strategies usable for screening stocks and monitoring the strategy?
I do have the latest DataExtensions extension installed in the latest Wealth-Lab 8 build.
Many thanks for your consideration.

Hi,
My experience in the SM is different. Maybe you could give us a particular case to troubleshoot including a screenshot, symbol(s), minimum strategy code to reproduce, and the error log sourced from SM / Log viewer (i.e. where you're getting that error from)?

Note, the Screener tool does not support any Event Providers.
