I am trying to create a 1 minute chart of the ETF SQQQ which I do all the time. But today I start off with a daily chart which lists all data from beginning to now. But when I request a one minute chart it changes data available from all data to only the first day the ETF was created. I've tried over and over and it does the same thing. I went to data provider and on its alternative long version ran historical test for 1 minute with TQQQ successfully. I tried to do the same with SQQQ but when I went to do so the only option available was daily. Help would be appreciated.

I also went back in and changed dates at the bottom of the chart to the full range and entered. The app changed it back to the one day 0 2./11/2010 - 2/11/2010!

Well for whatever reason SQQQ just created a 1 minute chart. Why this happens I have no clue. Very frustrating.

IQFeed should never have a problem returning data for active symbols. There's something wrong with your default configuration. Click the dates in the status bar at the bottom.

What range is selected?

Furthermore, what is configured in Preferences > Data > Amount of Data to Load into Chart?

It happened because this is what you have selected in the scale setting, circled in red below:
