Hi,

Sorry but this means it. Wealth-Lab is in the dark and will not launch. What's special about this device? Do you have an idea as to why it cannot determine anything about the computer's hardware parameters?

Couldn't find your customer record. This account is new. Could you tell us the previous website account?

Free trial of Wealth-Lab 7 is not allowed in any virtual machines, hypervisors, clouds (AWS, GCE etc). It's a prerogative of subscribers.
