Shortcut-for-comment-out-a-block-of-code-in-code-editor

Hi,

This shortcut is coming from Visual Studio:

1. Select a block of code
2. Strike Ctrl-E, then release the keys
3. Press C

Note that this is not the same as pressing the three keys at once - this will not work.

To uncomment there's an opposite hotkey: Ctrl-E, release, then U.
