Hi, I had previously been using the TD ameritrade data feed. Now that my account has moved from TD to a Schwab account, i need to install the data feed. What are the steps ?

But here is the problem , everytime i open WL8 I get a script error, telling me there is an issue with the TD ameritrade login, I have to hit cancel on this like 10 times. How do i get WL8 to stop launching this TD data extension ?

Have you tried removing the extension?

Look in the WealthLab 8 app folder for DLL(s) that appear by name to be the extension.

Move them to your desktop to test and make sure you didnt break something.

Restart WL and see if the extension is no longer installed on Tools-->home page

This is how I remove things I have installed but no longer need.

Correct. Remove any file from the WeathLab installation folder (C:\Program Files\Quantacula, LLC\WealthLab 8) that has TDAmeritrade in the name - e.g., WealthLab.TDAmeritrade.dll

Hi , I want to thank you both for a such a quick response. Thats what i love about this community, Everyone is eager to help and responses are very quick. Thank you.

I am assuming i can find in another thread/discussion on how to set up the Schwab data feed. thx.

See the online Help (F1) > Extensions > Schwab for anything specific to Schwab.

Thank you, Cone,

I am following all the steps to create Schwab key, But the Schwab website seems to lock up and i can't enter any information, I have tried it a few times and have refreshed the page with no luck, is this an issue others have experience with Schwab and this process. The empty fields for email and creating a password for this app. , it wont allow me to type anything in these boxes/ fields

That's happened to me too. Just log out and log in again, and be patient. It's the weekend too, so it could be due to maintenance.
