This is not a strategy so there's nothing to save. You can save the indicators to an Indicator Set or the chart window to a Workspace (both concepts are explained in the Help).
The Indicator Set is probably the option you're looking for. It's in the chart toolbar, far right. Type a name for your set of indicators and click the green checkmark. Then you can recall it for any chart.
If you want to use the indicators in a C# Code Strategy, right click and select "Push Dropped Indicators..." That will add the indicators and variable references to a Strategy template.
