Consider only the "promotions" (e.g. moving from the S&P 600 to 400 or a new entry into any index), here's what you get:

Now the S&P indices are in essence "trading strategies". Someone or some process is picking these stock by some criteria. I was thinking that someone with Norgate data (and WealthLab) could create a "S&P Promotions" trading system. Would be interesting!
