Today I had problems with my internet connection. Finally I had to live several hours without internet. (which is hard)
It is clear that I can't trade or update data in such a situation. But I could do some coding, testing, etc.
Unfortunately WL does not start if there is no connection. Instead it hangs at startup with 100% CPU usage.
So I had to live several hours without WL. (which is even harder)
I understand that WL needs to check licenses etc. at startup. But in situations like these it would be very nice if I could get a one or two day grace period where WL starts even without internet connection.

Rename
Something's going wrong here because normally WL8 can startup and operate fine without internet.
