Rearrange-Strategies-in-a-MetaStrategy

If you have a MetaStrategy of 10+ child strategies it'd be nice to have the visual ordering feature (doesn't affect performance anyhow).

A real-life example: you have 3 unique strategies each of them is in 3 different flavours (sets of parameters), so you have:
A1
A2
A3
B1
B2
B3
C1
C2
C3

Now you decide to add one extra flavour, and you can get it only like this:
A1
A2
A3
B1
B2
B3
C1
C2
C3
A4
B4
C4

So a reaarangement would be nice :) Minor issue of course.
