I have paid my annual plan yesterday and the status appearing in "my subscription" is "canceled".
How could I fix this issue and start using the software?
I could t find any proper support details to reach out...

Problem is, Stripe tried several times to charge your card when your payment was due while your bank was declining these attempts. You've paid after Stripe had given up on it.
