WL’s MCP integration has completely changed the way I work with WL. Tasks that previously took forever—including studies and their evaluation—can now sometimes be completed within hours instead of days or weeks. ChatGPT together with MCP is also an excellent discussion partner and a great source of ideas. This truly transforms the way trading systems are developed.
Does everything work perfectly? No. ChatGPT still makes mistakes, and the results need to be checked carefully. Nevertheless, it speeds up development tremendously, and the final quality is MUCH higher than it would be if I developed everything on my own without ChatGPT.
Now, if only the order module were a little better aligned with live trading... But perhaps WL9 has improved in that area as well. I honestly haven’t looked into it yet—or maybe, with ChatGPT’s help, I’ll be able to sort it out myself.
