Can you please tell me if a video card is used to operate PriceGrid Genetic Evolver? And is it also used for standard strategy optimization and for training Neural Networks in the Neurolab component?

I want to speed up the work of the above components and I want to understand what kind of computing power I need for this.

I also want to know how these components will work if my computer has a large number of cores in the central processor. Will they use all of its power (greater than or equal to 64 cores)?

No, WL8 does not use GPU for computing.

Eugene, hi!

I added a question about the central processor.

I’m not at the computer but I believe that Evolver evaluates 30 patterns at a time, so only up to 30 cores would be used in parallel.

Glitch, hello!

I ask you to think about removing the limit on the number of patterns that PriceGrid Evolver can process at the same time.

This would be relevant, because the real number of patterns is huge and any computing power will never be enough.

You can also think about including a GPU in the work.
