Orders-are-remaining-in-active

I am testing with the Alpaca Paper Account. Orders that are generated by the streaming chart window through live trade orders or tradeable trend lines are not updating the status as filled and remain in the order manager as active or cancel pending even though the order was actually filled. If you go tot he account and refresh I effectively see the open position but he orders remain without updating the execution status.
