As I changed my strategies development process a little, I am now storing strategy code and backtesting results (copy of Metrics Report and Equity Curve Data), that are kindly provided by WL7 just with a couple of clicks.
A small Python script will then get pivot table out of this data – code version, results metrics and so on.
What is missing (except built in functionality like was described here https://www.wealth-lab.com/Discussion/Backtest-Result-Comparison-Tool-5996 ) is one-click copying of backtesting settings – of everything you see on Strategy Settings tab – Strategy params names and values, symbol or dataset, TF and others. Just like you get your Metrics Report copied to clipboard with right click – Copy to Clipboard.
