Request a warning if you're in Offline Mode and you Activate a streaming tool. Something like:
You've activated Streaming, do you want to switch to Online Mode?
Yes No
You've activated Streaming, do you want to switch to Online Mode?
Yes No

What if Offline Mode is simply turned off automatically if you activate a Streaming tool?
Since you selected Offline mode, it would be better to ask permission to change it, imho.
A notification would be fine, but it would be better to decide this explicitly.
Warning coming into place for Build 8.
It would be nice if (possibly as a Preferences option?) one could have the Offline Mode as a button on the Menu bar as a visual reminder of its current state - and an easy way to turn On/Off.
