Since that screenshot is limited, how exactly did you determine that they're "not loading" (as had said your topic title before I edited it)?

"Need to load data" just tells you what you should do.

And "Could not load..." usually indicates the symbol is missing/incorrect.

If they're EMPTY, and that's why I questioned your screenshot, it looks like this:

The Current & Past data sets are not empty.
I was able to run backtests against them until a few hours ago.
I am still able to run backtests against the Current data sets.

It would be helpful if the "Could not load Backtest Data" included details about what the problem is.

Did you update the data using the Norgate Updater software?

(I assumed that a Platinum level subscriber knows how to use the Norgate thick client).

What is Platinum level?

Also, what good is clicking the "Need to Load Data?"

Yes @Glitch, I updated the data with Norgate Data Updater. The process runs in the background and does it automatically.

Platinum level supports historical index constituents, namely the Current & Past datasets.

This morning, the behavior is even stranger. I don't get the error message, but the backtest loads only two symbols for S&P 100 Current & Past - see the screenshot.

@Eugene - I don't think the discussion title you edited is helpful.

First off make sure everything is up to date version wise, WL8, the Norgate Extension, and the Norgate Data Loader.

Restart the computer after any updates.

What two symbols loaded, that might provide a clue for Norgate.

If you open the Norgate DataSet folder and double click any symbols, do the charts open?

It's a WIP title still. To start with, can you show us something more than this label that directly reflects the available data e.g. screenshots of the Data Manager's tabular view which includes all of the columns, Norgate screenshots etc. Thanks,

Also verify in the Norgate Data Updater that the Database(s) [under Database sub- menu] state(s) is (are) active and not corrupt. If corrupt select database(s) and download to correct problem. This has happened to me a number of times.

Thanks @Glitch and @Eugene - after I've just restarted WL, everything is loading. I restarted last night before posting though, and it did not help.
