Got it. While nothing has changed in this area, the Binance API indicates that a TIF is mandatory for limit, stop-limit, and iceberg orders. But it doesn't say that it won't accept a TIF for other order types and currently we're sending a GTC TIF for any order type that includes a price, like stop orders. We'll get that changed for the next update. Thanks for reporting this issue.

fyi, I noticed that for the symbols I tested, like DOGEUSD, BTCUSD, etc. I received this error:
Binance Broker: Error Placing Order: Stop loss orders are not supported for this symbol.
In these cases, Stop-Limit orders were accepted.

I have now manually switched from Stop to StopLimit for all orders in Quotes. The result is that all are triggered immediately. The 95% threshold does not seem to work.

I tried it myself with a Stop-Limit order from Quotes, and you're right. It triggered incorrectly.
