I am receiving this error message when I request tick information - I have the IQ Feed Trial add-on installed

As per the IQFeed website (https://www.dtn.com/financial-analytics/active-trading/dtn-iqfeed-free-trial/):

It doesn't matter how many ticks I put in, I don't receive anything
If you click that label in the chart's status bar that reads '8/2/2022 to 8/4/2022' and reduce it further down to say 'Most Recent 1 Day(s)', would it download some tick data?

There isn't a reason why it should not. Ticks are the basis of the streaming charts.
Timeline issues running strategies on tick charts could come into play, however. If you choose too small a tick interval, the timeline could overrun. In other words, let's say it takes 30 msec to run a strategy and you're running it on a 1-tick bar chart in which 100 ticks occur every second. That's not going to work.

Of course I am not talking about such small Ticks, my ticks are at least 200 and above
