Hi,

probably this is not the right place but it seems any support should be addressed to this forum.

I have a problem with my annual premium subscription. I used the trial period, canceled it and reactivated it within the trial period.

It seems the connection got lost, in my login area on the website there is no subscription shown and consequently the software does not start any longer.

I also sent an email to you guys containing the receipe number.
