I am sure it is my bad. And it is because I am too active in the WL Forum...

As you can see, mostly you're the author of those topics. Starting a discussion subscribes author to notifications and bookmarks it. You can control this behavior for both bookmarks and notifications by entering a topic and unchecking the Notify / Bookmark buttons. Since you're the author of paid extensions, I would recommend keeping the Notify engaged to stay in touch with the customers. Thanks.
Yes I regularly prune my bookmarks in this fashion. It’s unlikely our web site will change here any time soon, just many more important things to worry about.
Perhaps let the right column information (bookmarks) flow into the discontinued "body column" would be a quick CSS fix. In CSS terms, anchor the body column to the top and let the bookmarks flow all around it like a floating graphic.
I suppose the long term fix would be to place the bookmarks on an entirely different page in tabular form.
You could use a slightly smaller font for the bookmarks.

However, if you're so inclined... There's a div that has class "sidemenu". Alter that div:
<div class="sidemenu" style="height: 100%; overflow-y: auto">
Or, just add the height and overflow-y styles into the sidemenu class. But, that depends on where else sidemenu is used.
But, I'm assuming such a change is easily applied - maybe it is not.
And, there's the potential for end-user(s) that don't see the scroll bar and ask "where's my feature requests?"
