my Data Provider for Metastock Data is (Taipan-Lenz und Partner).

Let's start with where exactly you're getting this error message and how it looks precisely? How are you configuring the MS DataSet?
i can load the data into wl7 and the symbols are also displayed. then the message "can not obtain data" appears. I cannot change the format for the export with my data provider. in wl6 there were never any problems in this regard
The error message "can not obtain data" does not look familiar to me (if exists at all in WL7). Could you be more specific?
Would it be possible to zip up one of the data folders and email it to support@wealth-lab.com so we can troubleshoot?
