1. Click "Stream".
2. Switch to Limit/Stop.
3. Enter a price.
4. Click a trade action button.

Eugene is referring to Manual Trading from Streaming Charts and Live Order Lines, which are discussed in detail the Help > Chart > Streaming Charts .. scroll about 2/3 way down.

So it will be 2 regular orders, not 1 oco attached to a position, as it is done correctly in case of sl/tp orders.

Not to mention that due to constant switching a mistake can be made

That's right. If you need an OCO, then you need to do it from the Order Manager.
See Help (F1) > Order Manager > One Cancels Other (OCO) Orders

Not very convenient, especially for scalping. That's what this feature request is for. To make something like tradingview has.

Then you better develop the request more. You asked (in Post #1) for something that can already be done from the chart.

OCO from the chart will be tricky because both orders need to be available and placed at the same time.

I like the way it is implemented on this picture. This way we can even use an already existing risk calculation and no problems with oco.
