Is it possible to split the windows like the below screenshot during development phase?
It would be nice to either press F5 (or similar) or a live update in the chart, when doing building blocks or Code, for a more direct feedback without having to leave your building or coding window. So that it's easier to see which candles are being hit by your strategy whilst developing

Not possible within WealthLab. You have click to the view you want to see.
If you want to see something change on the chart at the moment you run the strategy, change the code or parameter, but just switch to the chart view before clicking Run Strategy.
Tip:
You can use an external editor for your Strategy code and link the Strategy to it. That gets you half the way there. Strike F1 > Strategy > C Sharp Code Based > Linking to an External Source Code File
