I just learned that TDA will not accept a Sell MOC order if there is a Sell Limit order active. The API sent MOC orders as scheduled 15 min before market Close but they were rejected by the broker.
Note: IB/TWS accepts the MOC order
This is additional support for a feature to have an automated way to cancel a limit order before market close if it has not already executed.

Rename
You can use the quotes window that just triggers the order.
