In your case this message means that WL7 has been installed and run on too many computers in different countries simultaneously using one subscription. You can keep working with WL7 on the PCs where it ran before. However, WL7 cannot be launched on new devices until a brief cooling period ends. This is by design, no problem here.

From what I see you can keep using WL7 on two devices: the desktop PC with Intel Core i7 CPU and a laptop. Nothing prevents WL7 from working there.
Like I said, the 3rd device has to wait. Although WL7 can be used on many devices it still doesn't allow itself to be operated on too many devices simultaneously.

That's correct, in this case the license is blocked for a period of time. You've been trying to use the license on a total of X devices, Y within the past few days. Which two devices do you need to run WL7 on?
Update: it could be that one of your devices was flagged as two devices because apparently part of the hardware fingerprinting changed. Can you write us at support@wealth-lab.com so we can clarify which devices you need to get you back up and running?

One of the devices with Xeon processor formatted because I put an HD ssd m2. It may be because of this that the license was blocked.
I will use this CPU with XEON processor that I set up specifically for my tests, and on 2 notebooks that I have, one at work and one at home, with an i7 processor both.
