I found out I think it's a bug, because I open and close the complete program and it returns to the full time, but then there's this problem, which solves when I open a graph alone and change the scale on the intraday on top of the screen. But in some other shares it doesn't solve

The default market in WL is the U.S. market which closes at 16:00. You're using ASCII data (which contains bars timestamped after 4:00 pm) and therefore your actual market cannot be determined. In this case, WL defaults to the U.S. market. It depends on "Filter pre/post market data" (on chart's status bar). You can change the default state in Preferences > Data.

You control whether pre and post market data is used via the check boxes in either the strategy settings (for strategies) or in the status bar along the bottom (for charts.)
