Hi. So I see lots of improvements being made with WL8 but there is one that would I suspect be helpful to a lot of people I've not seen yet -- to provide a mechanism for jumping to a particular date. Tradingsim.com has a good version of this if you wanted to go look at another platform that has this feature.
Hopefully this is the place to make this suggestion.

Haven't you already asked for it? 🤷♂️

Guess so. I had forgotten. So are there any plans to create this feature in WL8?

It's been implemented since B19 - as stated on the wishlist page:

In a chart's right click menu.
Thanks. I did not know this was here. Works well and will be a great time and frustration saver.

Eugene would you mind explaining how the go to date feature works. I did it when I accessed the feature and it worked but now I can't get it to work again. I entered dates with several formats and nothing worked.
Thanks .

Thanks .

Hmmm. I tried again on another chart and the same thing happened. The first date I entered it worked fine. But then try another date to go back where I was and cannot get it to work. Is there a bug in this feature?

I don't know what you're doing wrong when typing those dates but simply pick a date from the dropdown control. It just works.
The date must exist in the chart. If not, nothing will happen.
Well the morning it works. Thanks Eugene re mentioning the pull down. I did not see that before. It worked with that but it also worked with my putting in the date that for some reason wasn't working yesterday afternoon. And Cone the date I was trying to go back to was where I started and does exist. Thanks to you both. Glad to be aware if this feature.
