Is-there-a-way-to-combine-multiple-Qualifiers-in-Building-Block

I'm trying to build a condition like this：

indicator is true “For N Consecutive Bars” “N bar ago”
or
indicator is true “For N Consecutive Bars” “With in the Past N Bars”

I read in the help documentation that each Condition Block can only accept one qualifier, so I'm not sure if this could be a potential Feature request.

And if there is any other possible way to implement this now other than using C# code. Thanks for all the help.
