Is-it-possible-to-do-a-WFO-with-an-OOS-Data-greater-than-50

Hello,

Just a basic question. I am using block strategies and the WFO does not allow me to increase the OOS Data % above 50%. Is it possible and I am just missing some other setting? I have included a screenshot of what I am talking about.
