I wonder about that as well.

During times of Quantacula, the TASC code was open sourced. Besides, the TASC code has a pretty big learning effect for programming under Wealth-Lab which in turn reduces the support effort here in the forum. Furthermore, there are situations where someone want to customize or even extend a TASC Indicator.

Actually, this would be very useful for everyone here as programmers can develop new indicators based on these ideas, which in turn can be made available to the WL8 community...

I agree with Springroll. I've use Tradestation and NinjaTrader and they make it available.

This one is ultimately Eugene's call since he writes all of our TASC submissions and the effort of making any/all of the code public would fall on him, but I'm not opposed to it.

So since the majority is in agreement to make them public, let's do it.

Same with Tradingview. They make it available to the public, including source-code.



It's always a hassle to convert Pinescript code into C#, so it would really make sense to publish the code (at least for premium members which would be a treat for non-premium members to upgrade).
