I am just migrating from WL7 to 8 are there any instructions how to back up from 7 and restore to 8? Like extensions, data sets, strategies, etc.?

I did look at Help > Migrating but it seems the Licensed Premium Plan Extensions did not migrate. I guess I have to do those manually?
Correct, we have new setups that are WL8 specific, you need to download and install them.
