Indicator-compare-to-value-not-possible-some-bars-ago

While the comparison to another indicator is possible a specific number of bars ago.

So, I want to ask if there might be a trick to deal with that. Might there be an indicator which usually has always the same value? In that case it would be possible to use "Indicator % Above/Below Indicator" to get it done.

In my case I want to compare the Stochastics, but the value of 3 bars ago.
