Incorrect-type-in-help-for-TimeSeriesBase-Cache

@Glitch, Cone, Eugene - In the online help and in the Wealth-Lab C# Coding Quick Ref the Cache property is showing as having type Dictionary<string, object>. But, the implementation is ConcurrentDictionary<string, object>. Just thought I'd let you in case you wanted to fix the help. The following types would require changes to the help:

BarHistory
IndicatorBase
TimeSeries
TimeSeriesBase
