Include-Community-extension-in-WL8

I'm thinking we might add the indicators to the basic WealthLab.Core Indicators library but give them a LibraryName of "Community" so they show up in a different folder. I think that's the easiest way to include these in the base release while still keeping them in the WL8ExtensionsDemo repo for people to examine the source code.
