Just wondering what I'm doing wrong that I'm not able to see pre- or post-market data. I thought I have all the settings accounted for that would allow this with IQFeed. What am I missing here?

It's because you selected this IQFeed-only preference.

Right. If it had been selected in the past, your cached histories will not have the data.
To recover the data, you need to Clear Local Data and start over.
