RoDen - the formation of bars premarket have nothing to do with Bid/Ask. We'll likely move your post to a separate topic.
Usually when we see something like this, the first thing to check is your local clock. Make sure that the clock is correctly synchronized for the configured locale. If it already is, what locale is it?
Okay, maybe there is two issues (1) premarket bars formations and (2) premarket access for bid/ask

You can disregard that check. I can duplicate this too in all but 1-minute streaming charts, premarket. Looks like a generalized error, not just IQFeed. Investigating!
