Warning - IB historical bars using Build 57 are timestamped an hour later than they should be (using the UTC format setting in the IB API), which could affect your trading. Could be another DST problem... investigating...

The UTC format setting is the culprit (but shouldn't be!).
For the time being, if you're seeing a problem with a non-EST market, switch back to the "operator timezone" API setting. You'll need to refresh or truncate your intraday charts. :(

Found the bug - affects all non-EST markets.
We'll get another IB Provider out ASAP.

I recently encountered another problem, I don't know if it is caused by the same reason?
In the past few days, I have been unable to update the data for IB. If I manually click Load Data, the latest data is up to October 31st, and I can't download any data from then on.

No, that result is inexplicable. This bug couldn't affect Daily data, and not even intraday Markets (like US Stocks) that are in the EST time zone.
Is your computer clock showing the correct date and time for your timezone?
What does the TWS time difference message show?

I rechecked all the settings, and the issue may have been caused by some of my operations accidentally enabling the offline mode of Wealth Lab. Now the problem has been resolved, and I can update normally.
