Sorry that you're having trouble starting Wealth-Lab. Please try to choose Help > Download License once WL8 starts and then copy/paste your username and password into the dialog. That should fix the issue.

We’re going to do a Build 57 release tomorrow which should solve this for you. Will update here again when it is ready.
But where i can to write my pass and log? I have't window where i can write something, i have't window help and lisence. After run exe file i have only this error.

Windows 11 is fully supported by WL8 and this borderline case has nothing to do with it. Hold on, we already have it rectified for B57.
