I have set up an ASCII data interface to Norgate (Australia) in My DataSets. I have tried to set up a daily automatic update, but that does not seem to be working.

You can initiate the update of an ASCII DataSets in the vendor's software. Simply put, use Norgate's client software to update it and the changes will be reflected in Wealth-Lab. That's how it works for ASCII.

In the Norgate Data Updater, go to Settings > Update Mode. Make sure that "Run Export tasks after... " Scheduled and Manual Update is checked.
Previously you need to have worked with Tools > Export Task Manager to set up and Activate the Export Tasks.
