Left click on the indicator's label at the top of the pane to Edit... or Delete.

yeah that is what I did for the other indicators on my chart but other indicators did not bring up the option to 'edit or delete' hence my original question

Then we have to assume that those indicators are used by your [block] strategy. For fine plot control, you'll need to work with the C# strategy code.

For indicators in their own pane, you can "minimize" the pane clicking the triangle on the left side.

yeah its ok I didn't have any strategy applied but it doesn't matter now
WL8 Locked up and I had to end task.
When I re-opened it all of those indicators where gone.

Take a picture next time. Images help a lot to understand what's going on. It could have been something specific to the indicators you were using.
