Can I ask what kind of question do you want to reach our support team with? Just a note that the support email is mainly used as a channel for collecting info for troubleshooting in private that doesn't fit the forum rather than for one on one Q&A.

It is not to resolve an issue? This is specific to my account. I want to request a trial license key. I had requested a key couple of years ago but did not get a chance to spend much time on it. It is odd that I've to submit account-specific questions on a forum that is viewable by all members.
