Fractional-Share-Support-Option-for-WL7-and-WealthSignals-Publisher-Trader

While some people may have been aware that many Brokerages are now offering the ability to purchase fractions of a share, I only learned of it recently. This is especially helpful for people with smaller accounts to access the growing universe of extremely high-priced (>$1,000/share) stocks in the US Market.

I am suggesting that there be an option in WL7 and WealthSignals to trade in fractional shares.
