In Building blocks if I have sell as the first block I get an error that "First Block must be an Entry Block.

Yes, that's the way to block system is designed.
Each Exit Block is paired with the Entry Block immediately above it in the list. So, one Entry can have multiple Exits.
Or, multiple Entries can even have one or more Exits.
But yes, the Exits have to go below the Entries.
