Because of added anti-bot protection at Finam's side, the New DataSet Wizard appears empty. We'll issue an update (build 7) of the Russia extension to alleviate this soon. However, its users will have to live with the list of instruments getting a bit out-of-date going forward.🤷♂️

Yes, their anti-bot protection has taken a step further. Provider fails to detect this condition, failing to fall back on a "canned" template which helps populate the Wizard.
We'll upload a fix for this in Russia B10 sometime in July:
