I downloaded and installed WL7. Hope it is fine to have both WL6.9 and WL7 side by side.
I liked the refreshed look of WL7!
Might take a while to migrate the scripts (where can I get the migration tool?), get familiar with the new UI and APIs.
Since there is no enhancements to WL6.9, it makes sense to migrate to WL7 as soon as possible.
I downloaded couple of extensions for WL7. But I am not find some extensions (or equivalent extensions) which were available for WL6.9 - TeleChart/TC2000 and Norgate. It will make sense to have extensions for WL7 to be in parity with WL6.9 for migration.

Thank you for giving WL7 a try, and yes you can run them side by side for as long as you like without a problem. There were so many extensions for WL6 that if we had waited for full parity I might not have been around to see the release! We'll do our best to migrate extensions over based on customer demand :)
For Norgate, it's a proprietary format, but I do know that someone at Norgate is already working on a WL7 Norgate extension.

There isn't, it's a manual process now but hopefully not too complicated.

No plans to migrate the legacy TeleChart (TC2000) static provider. It's 32-bit only technology which Wealth-Lab 7 does not support.
The TC2000 folks do not care about this integration. I have emailed them and they were not interested in any fix/update.
The Norgate guys have shown some interest, but don't have it in their priority. I have emailed them few times. They always say the same things - they are working on it (for last 9 months!!!).
