Exception-Reading-DataSet-File

This error message indicates an error in one of your DataSet files. If you look in your WL8 User Data folder (File menu) you'll see a DataSets folders. There will be an XML file that corresponds to the DataSet that failed to get created. If you can isolate it, you can email it to support@wealth-lab.com and we can have a look.

ok, i emailed support with what i believe is the correct file.

I just now realized that I can download the extension installer from the website and that worked successfully. The trouble I ran into was when I tried to install it using the function on the Home page inside WL that gave me the option to check a box and then install. So it's working now but I still don't understand why it didn't work through the software.

This error message had nothing to do with the PowerPack. I've corrected the misleading topic title. Said extension does not contain any data providers and cannot cause this error. It's a coincidence.
